Cancellation Policy:   24-hr Notice is Required and appreciated for all cancellations or a $75.00 cancellation fee will be assessed.  Our services are in high demand, especially for the coveted early morning and after-work hours, so please be respectful of your fellow patients and give 24-hr notice of any cancellations so that we may be able to offer your time slot to another patient that may have been waiting.  We thank you in advance for your consideration!
